Enterprise Products Paradise Station 2 Stage
Titan Construction successfully completed the Paradise Station 2 stage project, on time and on budget. This project consisted of over 15,000 weld inches of 20" pipe fabrication, structural steel fabrication, caisson drilling, foundations, piping installations, blasting, painting and insulation. It also included support for compressor replacements, cylinder resizing and compressor bottle replacements. This project allows the Pinedale Anticline field to lower its suction pressure and increase gas production for the field.
MPLX GKCS 2 Stage
This project included compressor piping remove and redesign, fabrication and installation. It also added a second natural gas fired turbine compressor to the lineup. This project included a large scope of large bore pipe fabrication, equipment and engine swings, new foundations and upgraded emissions equipment. This took place on all 6 reciprocating gas compressors and one Turbine at the MPLX facility. Titan Construction Project Managers had a strong involvement in design and execution of this project.
Enterprise Gas Processing Silica Gel Refurbishment
The scope of this project was to bring the silica gel processing facility out from being de-commissioned to fully operational. It involved removal of dryer bed vessels to be repaired and replaced, to new foundations and new equipment. Piping modifications and new fabrication as well as vessel inspections and testing for return to service. This project was completed successfully, safely and is now fully functional again providing revenue for our client.
Pipeline Construction & Maintenance
Titan Construction has completed many lateral pipelines, well ties and routine maintenance items on lines for multiple clients. These projects include all the fabrication of launchers and receivers, future risers, hydrotests and commissioning. We often install new construction steel pipe, Flexsteel and HDPE lines.
